提升长庆油田计量检定站计量保障能力的几点思考

Some Considerations on How to Promote the Measuring Support Capability of Measurement Detection Stations in Changqing Oilfield

通过分析长庆油田技术监测中心计量技术机构目前的现状和存在的问题,根据计量服务保障能力达到的目标,提出了提升计量服务保障能力需做的主要工作是逐步完善量值传递与量值溯源体系、不断加强计量保障资源的配置、加强石油专用计量器具的管理与检测和构建计量管理信息服务平台。通过这些工作来提高计量检定站的计量服务保障能力,为大油田未来的发展提供坚强有力技术支持和服务保障。

In view of the current situation and problems of measuring technological organizations at the technological monitoring cen- ter of Changqing Oilfield, and according to the goal that measuring service support capacity can reach, it is presented that main works that need to do in improving measuring service support capacity are to perfect the system of quantity transmission and quantity tracing gradually, strengthen the allocation of measurement support resources continuously, enhance the management and detection of petroleum special measuring equipment and construct the servicing platform for measurement management information. By means of the above work, the support capacity of measurement service at the station of measurement detection can be improved, and the strong technological support and service guarantee will be provided for the future development of oilfield.
