摘要
根据5000万t产能建设的需要,结合油田的实际,提出要突出油田生产领域专业性强的特点,以油田建设为服务对象,避免与地方计量技术机构相撞车;其次就是层次建设,循序渐进。并对今后计量检定站总体业务提出了构想。
According to the requirement of 50,000,000t productivity construction and the practice of oilfield, the strong professional characteristics in the field of oilfield production is suggested to be highlighted. Meanwhile, with oilfield construction as the object of service, the conflict with local measurement technological organization should be avoided. Next, service construction should be made by different level and in proper sequence. Finally, the plan is made about the future general service of measurement inspection station.
