An Exploration on the Grass-Root Traffic Safety Management of Petroleum Enterprises

分析了油气田企业交通安全特点及其管理背景,认为应做好车辆状况监督检查;强化驾驶员准驾考核审查,减少管理漏洞;强化过程控制实施动态管理,营造管理氛围,减少管理摩擦。

Through the analysis on the traffic safety characteristics and management background of gas and oil fields enterprise, it is thought that the following things should be done, which include doing the supervision and inspection of vehicle conditions well, en- hancing the examination of driver＇s certificate, reducing the management loopholes, strengthening the process control in order to implement dynamic management, and building the management atmosphere so as to reduce the management friction.
