串并联机械系统维修性分析模型的建立与应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用数学模型分析机器系统的维修性是相当有效的。随机概率分布模型是一个有效的分析工具。利用随机概率分布模型分析了串并联机械系统的维修性和有效性。讨论了机械系统的维修思想,建立了机械系统的故障分布函数以及修理时间的分布函数,建立了系统故障及零部件失效与维护的联合概率分布函数,并对机械系统的有效性进行了分析,对如何提高机械系统的有效性进行了探讨。 Mathematic model is very useful to analyze reparability of machinery system.Reparability and effectiveness of series-parallel machinery system is analyzed by using random probability distribution model.The repairing idea for machinery system is discussed in this paper.Machinery system failure distribution model and repairing time distribution model are built.Then the joint probability distribution function is formed for system and its parts failure and their repairing.The availability of machinery system is then analyzed.
