超滤技术代替乙醇沉淀粗右旋糖酐工艺研究

Study on Ultrafiltration Technology for Replacing Alcohol to Precipitate Crude Dextran

探讨了采用发酵液预处理和超滤技术的联合工艺代替乙醇沉淀粗酐工艺。新工艺生产的右酐,其理化指标均能达到药典要求,新工艺可节约原工艺乙醇用量的40％～50％,同时回收的副产品果糖可作为食用糖源。

The united technology of the pretreatment and ultrafitration for replacing alcohol to precipitate crude dextran is discussed. The physical and chemical indexes of the product can achieve all the requirements of the pharmacopoeia. The new technology can save 40% ~ 50% alcohol, the levulose(by - product)can be recovered at same time, it regards as source of edible sugar.
