摘要 本文主要研究用盐析法从佛手瓜中提取果胶,通过正交实验,对其工艺条件进行探讨,得出提取的最佳条件和产率。 In this essay,We mainly make a study of extracting pectin from sechivm edule by salting- out We conclude the best technological conditions for extracting and the rate of production.
