基于激光视觉传感的弧焊焊前自动检测技术

An automatic pre-welding monitoring technology for arc welding based on laser vision

摘要 在电弧焊焊前检验工作中,接头坡口准备工作如接头对中检测、根部间隙尺寸检测等,往往是依靠人工目测的方式反复调整来完成。该方法的缺点是耗时、费力、精确度不高,因此有必要采取自动化的视觉检测方法替代人工目测方法,以提高检测的效率与精确度。对此,利用激光视觉传感技术,设计了一套自动焊前检测系统。系统硬件由MDK(Module Development Kit)、计算机及行走机构等构成。在系统软件开发设计过程中,基于模块化开发思想,利用Visual C++6.0与Measurement Studio 6.0联合开发,从而提高了软件的性能,增强了软件的功能。试验表明,该系统功能全面、精确度高、可靠性好,可在实际焊接生产中代替人工检测方法。 In inspection before the arc welding,the preparation of the joint groove such as joint alignment inspection,root opening inspection is implemented by eyeballing manually as usual.The disadvantage of this method is time-consuming,arduous and low-precision.Therefore,it is necessary to replace the traditional method by auto-vision inspection method in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy.So a set of automatic pre-welding inspection system was designed based on laser vision sensing.The hardware of the system is composed of a MDK(Module Development Kit),a computer,walking mechanism and so on.The system software is designed by Visual C + + 6.0 and Measurement Studio 6. 0 language based on modularization to improve capability and enhance function of the software.Experiments show that the system has the capability of replacing manual inspection during the welding process with comprehensive function,high stability and reliability.
