摘要
采用MAG焊焊接工艺,使用φ1.2 mm GM100焊丝,实现了56 mm厚WEL-TEN780低合金高强钢与10 mm厚Q450NQR1耐候钢的异种钢不等厚对接接头的焊接,接头强度良好,接头硬度分布均匀,无明显硬化现象,接头整体冲击韧性较高,最低值位于Q450NQR1侧熔合区。这种焊接工艺方法成功地应用于TR500C新型旋挖钻机下桅杆底板的焊接。
The metal active-gas welding with GMIOO wire of 1.2 mm in diameter was used to weld the dissimilar steel of 56 mm thick WELTEN780 low-alloy high strength steels and 1 mm thick Q450NQR1 high strength anti-corrosion steel.The experimental results show that the joints have high strength,and distribution of hardness in welded joints was uniform and no obvious hardening phenomenon.The overall impact toughness is higher.The position with the lowest impact toughness is located in the fusion zone of Q450NQR1 side.The welding technology was successfully applied to the welding of the mast base plate in the new TR500C rotary drilling rig.
