摘要
纺纱工艺过程中的杂质、灰尘量可提供大量与机器参数、机件磨损及成品布质量有关的信息。迄今为止 ,纺织市场上还无法商业性地对纱线中的杂质、灰尘颗粒进行可再现的、自动测试。本文介绍了两种适合完成这些任务的传感器(OI 测试杂质、灰尘颗粒的光学杂质传感器及OM 用于测定纱线直径、圆度及微细结构的光学多功能传感器 ) ,并介绍了UsterTester 4 SX。
Knowing the trash and dust content in the spinning process provides a great variety of information with regard to the machine settings, the wear of machine parts and the quality of the finished fabric. Until now, a reproducible,automatic determination of the trash and dust particles in yarns has not been commercially available on the textile market. With the Uster Tester 4-SX this article presents two sensors (Ol Optical lmpurities sensor for trash and dust particles as well as OM Optical Multifunctional sensor for yarn diameter, roundness and fine structure) which are suitable for these tasks.
