大型工矿企业住区的可持续发展

On sustainable development of residential areas at large-scale industrial and mining enterprises

针对我国的大型工矿住区存在的问题,考虑到大型工矿企业住区聚集性强、居住群体单一、业缘性等特点,提出发展的对策,从而改善企业职工的居住水平,寻求一条适合我国大型工矿企业住区发展的模式。

Aiming at the problems in the residential areas of large-scale industrial and mining enterprises in China,the paper considers the features of these residential areas of the enterprises,including the high concentration,the monotonous living group,and enterprise-oriented,and points out the development strategies,so as to improve the living standards of the enterprise workers and seek for the development model suitable to the residential areas of large-scale enterprises.
