因现有中小学校舍建筑多为砌体结构,为确保建筑物有足够的抗震性能,从前期准备、地基和基础抗震鉴定、抗震承载力验算分析了鉴定现场检测工作内容,从而提高房屋抗震性能,维护生命安全。

In light of masonry structure of middle and primary school building,in order to ensure sufficient seismic performance,the paper analyzes the in-situ identification and detection content from aspects of preliminary preparation,foundation and seismic identification and seismic bearing capacity calculation,so as to improve the seismic performance and to maintain people＇s security.
