From the dynamic analysis and the common diseases of asphalt roadbed,the paper has the deep research on the asphalt roadbed stress absorbing layer（sealing layer）,explores the role of allocating the stress absorbing layer,its importance and necessity,and the construction status of the stress absorbing layer in the asphalt roadbed construction,and points out more reasonable technical measures,so as to enhance and apply the technique.
