摘要
本研究中 ,使用了喷墨印花元件———微型电磁阀。界定了标准液滴的性能 ,并用与显像机和闪光测速器相连的光学放大摄影的变焦体系来监测液滴的形成和形状。使用牛顿液体和非牛顿液体 ,记录的显像显示当使用牛顿液体时 ,能形成标准液滴。该项结果证明用增稠剂对纺织品基质进行预处理 ,要比在油墨中添加假塑性增稠剂更优越。
In this study a miniature solenoid valve was used as an ink jet printing element. The properties of the `Standard Drop' were defined and its formation and shape monitored using a photomacrographic zoom system in conjunction with a video camera and a stroboscope. Newtonian and Non Newtonian liquids were used and the recorded video clips showed that the Standard Drop could be achieved when a Newtonian liquid was employed. This result confirms that pre treatment of the textile substrate with thickener is preferable to the inclusion of pseudoplastic thickeners in the ink.
