Combining with the working practice,the paper summarizes the construction management experience at Xin-Bao highway L25 section,the paper respectively describes specific methods and measures in the aspects of construction team construction,organization measures,construction scheme,and project management and so on,and points out that scientific construction management can effectively control the project cost and schedule.
