Based on the current relatively laws, regulations, and documents of provinces, cities and districts, the study innovates the supervision mechanism, points out the combination of the promotion between the market supervision and the field inspection, suggests to utilize the seals of the constructors and supervision engineers, establishes the negotiation system for key supervision enterprises and linkage mechanism of departments, and promotes the standardized management at construction sites fully, so as to lead and enhance the healthy and stable development of the architectural construction around the district.
