Community rehabilitation experiences in cerebral vascular accident

目的:评定通过Bobath疗法对脑血管意外患者进行康复训练的疗效。方法:将收治的36例脑血管意外后偏瘫患者进行康复训练,分别在入院2 d、康复训练后30 d进行ADL功能评定。结果:患者在入院2 d、康复训练30 d进行了ADL评分,患者住院前衣、食、住、行、个人卫生能力经过30 d的康复后,评分有提高的趋势,差异具有统计学意义。康复能力也有了很大的提高。结论:在基层医院中通过Bobath疗法反复强化训练患者进行ADL能力的提高效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation training effect of therapy by Bobath in our hospital for patients with cerebral vascular accident. Method Thirty - six eases with hemiplegia after cerebral vascular accident were given rehabilitation training, ADL function evaluation were made on the second day and 30 d after rehabilitation training, respectively. Results After 30 days of rehabilitation training, the score of the ability of clothing, feeding, housing, walking and personal hygiene were higher, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant. Rehabilitation ability had been greatly improved. Conclusion In basic hospitals, repeated intensive training with Bobath therapy can effectively enhance the ADL ability of patients.
