锁骨钩钢板手术治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折28例分析

Analysis on 28 cases of clavicular hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures

目的:讨论使用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折患者的疗效。方法:在手术治疗中使用该种钢板内固定治疗住院治疗的TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位及NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折患者分别16例和12例。结果:随访28例,随访时间6～18个月,平均10.5个月。所有患者肩锁关节复位,锁骨骨折全部愈合,功能恢复良好。按Karisson标准评定,优22例,良6例。结论:锁骨钩钢板是治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折理想的内固定器材。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of clavicular hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures. Method From April 2007 to March 2011,16 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation （Tossy Ⅲ） and 12 patients with distal clavicle fractures（ Neer Ⅱ ） were treated with Clavicular hook plate. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months after operations （ average 10. 5 months）. All the patients were anatomic reduction. According to Karlssonstandard to evaluate excellent in 22 patients, good in 6 patients and poor in no patients. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate is perfect fixation device in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicle fractures.
