急性创伤致肩关节脱位的超声检查价值

Ultrasonographic value in shoulder dislocation after acute trauma

目的:探讨急性创伤所致肩关节脱位中常见的并发症的超声特征,评价超声检查肩关节脱位的应用价值。方法:对28例急性创伤后出现肩关节脱位的患者进行超声检查,并与MRI、肩关节造影或手术结果进行比较。结果:肩关节脱位中常见的盂唇损伤、肩袖撕裂、血管损伤、神经损伤等,超声诊断都有较高的准确性。结论:超声诊断肩关节脱位的并发症具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the ultrasonographic charateristics of the common complication caused by shoulder dislocation after acute trauma, and to evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of shoulder dislocation. Method 28 patients with shoulder dislocation after acute injuries were detected by ultrasound. Sonographic examinations were compared with surgery,arthrography or MRI. Results The ultrasonography was accurate in the diagnosis of glenoid labial lesions, rotator cuff tear, the blood vessel damage, nerve damage, which were the common complication of the shoulder dislocation. Conclusion Ultrasonography is useful in diagnosis of the shoulder dislocation.
