辛菊雾化液治疗小儿变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment of children with allergic rhinitis with Xinju atomization

目的:评价中医辨证论治配合辛菊雾化液鼻腔雾化吸入对小儿变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将门诊患儿100例随机分为治疗组(中医辨证论治加辛菊雾化液吸入),对照组(中医辨证论治),对两组进行临床疗效观察。结果:治疗组的治愈率为44.0%,总有效率为94.0%,而对照组的治愈率为28.0%,总有效率为82.0%,治愈率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对小儿变应性鼻炎,中医辨证论治联合辛菊雾化液雾化吸入的疗效优于单纯中医辨证论治。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the TCM Differential Treatment with Xinju atomization inhalation for children with allergic rhinitis. Method Total 100 cases of out patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （ TCM Differential Treatment with Xinju atomization inhalation） and the control group （TCM Differential Treatment）,the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The cure rate was 44. 0% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 94. 0% ;in the control group,the cure rate was 28.0% and the total effective rate was 82. 0%. The cure rate between the two groups showed significant difference after statistics analysis （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion For children with allergic rhinitis, TCM Differential Treatment with Xinju atomization inhalation is more effective than single TCM Differential Treatment.
