摘要
实现我国现代化的根本问题是实现工业化。西部地区人均GDP的增长、产业产值比的调整效果显著,但工业结构调整和城市化率的推进没有大的进展。产业结构的调整与经济发展一样,也有一个局部转移的过程,产业结构调整是西部工业进程的必然选择。
Abstract： The fimdamental problem for China＇s modernization is to achieve industrialization. The GDP growth of per capita and the adjustment effect of the industrial olflput in western regions are, significant, but there is no great progressin the promotion of industrial restrucLuring and urbanization rate. China is adjusting industrial structure in such a period, there is also a process of parlial transfer, whicth means that industrial restructurirlg is tin inevitable choice for the west- ern industraial processes
