认知脑电测谎在民事经济纠纷案中的应用

摘要 认知脑电测谎因其对刺激加工过程的中枢神经系统的活动指标的锁时性记录,在技术上具有无法伪装、难以回避的优势,其科学性正逐渐被人们所认识,在公安司法调查中处于推广使用阶段。文章在对认知脑电技术优势的阐释,以及这项技术在民事经济纠纷案中应用的可行性进行分析的基础上,对其在民事纠纷案中的具体操作进行了一定的思考。 Cognitive EEG lie detection has advantage of not being disguised and difficult to avoid because it locks up activity index of the central nervous system during the stimulation process. Its scientific essence is gradually being recognized. It is in the stage of u- sing widely in the judicial investigation of police. The author explained the technical advantage of Cognitive EEG lie detection, analyzed the feasibility of applying this technology in the civil economic disputes and thought about the concrete operation of it in civil disputes.
