摘要
公安高等院校即将迎来内涵建设、质量提升的教育转型发展时期。应用现代职业教育的新理论与方法,结合相关政策层面的分析,文章提出公安高等院校教育重点对象、教育类型定位、教学科研重心、教育训练模式和体制机制等五个方面内涵建设的基本转变,分析论证了它们各自的转变方向,依此提出了提升教育质量的一些基本的教学改革思路。
The police schools are greeting the development period of connotation change and quality promotion. The author put for- ward 5 fundamental changes of connotation in key educational objects,location of educational type, the focus of teaching and research, educational training mode, system and mechanism in police schools by applying new theory and methods of modem vocational education combining with the analysis of relative policies. And furthermore, the author also demonstrated their transformative direction of the five connotations and gave some ideas on promoting teaching quality.
