摘要
高频链电路与矩阵变换器相结合,可以使功率双向流动,以及使装置体积小,重量轻,但也增加了矩阵变换器的换流难度。就三相高频链矩阵式逆变器的换流问题展开研究,基于解结耦思路,提出一种新型SPWM混合调制策略,并介绍其核心逻辑控制电路的设计过程。该控制策略可实现一步自适应换流亦可减小矩阵变换器开关器件的电压应力。仿真结果验证了该控制策略的可行性和有效性。
High frequency link circuit integrated with a matrix converter can realize a bidirectional power flow,reduce the volume and weight of the converter,but also make the commutation more difficult.The commutation of three-phase inverter based on high frequency linked matrix converter is taken as a focus in the study.A novel integration SPWM control strategy based on the De-Re-coupling idea is proposed,and the design process of the key logic control circuit is also given.This control strategy can achieve one-step adaptive commutation and reduce the voltage stress on power devices of the matrix converter.Finally simulation results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed integration SPWM strategy.
