摘要
不确定电力市场环境中在计及风险的前提下,基于可信性理论建立了大用户购电策略的数学规划模型,所建立的模型能够同时处理市场中随机和模糊两类不确定信息。给出了由神经网络和改进遗传算法所组成的混合智能求解算法。以美国加州电力市场历史数据为例对所提出的模型和算法进行了计算和分析,结果表明本文的方法是可行和有效的。
In the uncertain electricity market,mathematical programming model for large consumer electricity purchasing strategy is established based on credibility theory taking into account the risk in this paper.The proposed model can deal with random and fuzzy information that arise from the uncertainties in electricity market at the same time.The hybrid solution algorithm integrated with the artificial neural network and improved genetic algorithm is presented.Historical data from California electricity market is used to demonstrate the proposed model and solution algorithm.The results show the feasibility and efficiency of the methodology.
