摘要
以分析纯CaO为催化剂,利用固定床实验研究了烟煤煤焦等温CO2催化气化反应特性,分析了添加方式和添加比例对煤焦催化气化影响。研究表明:机械混合添加CaO对煤焦气化影响不大;去离子水浸渍添加时,去离子水对煤焦气化特性影响与温度有关,温度越高,去离子水浸渍后煤焦气化特性与原煤煤焦之间差别越不明显;不同温度下煤焦催化气化CaO装载饱和度均为5%,且气化反应活性随温度的升高和催化剂添加比例的增加而增大。通过比对常用反应动力学机理函数相关系数大小确定煤焦催化气化反应符合n=2的三维扩散方程,并计算得到气化反应活化能、指前因子和反应速率常数等动力学参数。
Isothermal gasification of a bituminous coal char with CO2 catalysed by analytically pure calcium oxide was studied on a fixed bed reactor,and the effect of adding method and catalyst proportion on the catalytic gasification were analysed.Adding of calcium oxide by means of mechanical mixing has no significant effect on the gasification of coal char.Effect of deionized water on gasification is related to gasification temperature,and the difference between raw coal char and deionized water impregnated char become inconspicuous with the increase of temperature.A catalyst loading saturation level of 5% is got in the adding manner of impregnation,and the reactivity of coal char increases with the increase of temperature and catalyst loading proportion.Jander equation of n=2 is determined to be the kinetic equation via comparison of the correlation coefficients;the reaction activation energy and the pre-exponential factors and reaction rate constant are calculated.
