摘要
利用平衡计分卡原理并结合中煤能源集团实际,从用户导向、价值贡献、运营卓越及未来导向4个角度对企业信息化工作进行了分解,制定了单个视角的使命、目标及考核手段,提出了在IT平衡计分卡使用过程中应注意的问题。
With the principle of the balanced scorecard applied and in combination with the actual conditions of China National Coal Group,from the guide of consumer,the value contribution,excellent operation and future guide,an explanation was conducted on the information work of the enterprise.With the establishment of the single view mission,target and check-up means,the problems to be noted in the application process of the IT balanced scorecard were provided.
