摘要
目的优选慢咽片中水提工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以浸膏得率、甘草酸铵含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果最佳水提工艺为加水量14倍,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论该提取工艺条件稳定、可行、重复性好,有利于慢咽片优化工艺参数,保证产品质量。
Objective To optimize the water extracting technology of manyan tablet.Methods The extracting technology of manyan tablet was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the yield of extractum and ammonium glycyrrhizinate content as indices.Results The optimized water extracting technology was 14 times water,3 times extraction,and 1.5 hours each time.Conclusion The method is stable,feasible and reproducible.Water extracted technics in manyan tablet can be optimized for quality control.
