高效液相色谱法测定三子强肾胶囊中的淫羊藿苷含量

Determination of icariin in sanziqiangshen capsule by HPLC

目的改进测定三子强肾胶囊中的淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷质量浓度线性范围为10.064～100.64 mg.L-1(r2=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为98.23%,RSD为1.61%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适合三子强肾胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To improve the method for determination of icariin in sanziqiangshen capsule by HPLC.Methods The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was methanol-water（55∶ 45）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 270 nm.Results The linear range of icariin was from 10.064 to 100.64 mg·L-1（r2=0.999 7）.The average recovery rate was 98.23%,and RSD was 1.61%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
