摘要
目的探讨经皮氩氦冷冻/微波消融序贯131I-肿瘤细胞核人鼠嵌合单克隆抗体(131I-chTNT)瘤内注射治疗Lewis肺癌的疗效。方法建立C57BL/6小鼠Lewis瘤模型,随机分成对照组、微波消融组、氩氦冷冻组(各25例)。分别在对照组的肿瘤中心、微波消融组的微波消融范围中心、氩氦冷冻组的氩氦冷冻范围中心注射131I-chTNT。测量给药后不同时间每克肿瘤组织的摄取率(%ID/g)、T/NT及观察荷瘤小鼠显像情况。结果微波消融组、氩氦冷冻组的%ID/g、T/NT高于对照组,氩氦冷冻组的%ID/g、T/NT高于微波消融组(P<0.05);荷瘤小鼠活体核素显像示微波消融组、氩氦冷冻组的药物浓聚高于对照组,且氩氦冷冻组的药物浓聚高于微波消融组。结论氩氦冷冻、微波消融均可以促进131I-chTNT在肿瘤内浓聚,氩氦冷冻与微波消融序贯131I-chTNT瘤内注射相比,更有利于131I-chTNT在小鼠肿瘤组织的浓聚。
Objective To investigate the effects of percutaneously argon-helium refrigeration and microwave ablation followed by intratumoral injection of 131I-chTNT to treat Lewis lung cancer.Methods C57BL/6 mice bearing Lewis carcinoma were randomly divided into the control group,the microwave ablation group and the argon-helium refrigeration group(n=25).131I-chTNT was injected at the tumor center in the control group,the microwave ablation center in the microwave ablation group and the argon-helium refrigeration center in the argon-helium refrigeration group,respectively.Radioactivity uptake per gram of tumor tissue(% ID/g)and T/NT were measured at different times after administration and imaging of 131I-chTNT was observed in tumor-bearing mouse.Results Radioactivity uptake per gram of tumor tissue(% ID/g)and T/NT were higher in the microwave ablation group and the argon-helium refrigeration group than the control group,% ID / g and T/NT were higher in the argon-helium refrigeration group than the microwave ablation group(P0.05).The scintigraphy results showed higher tumor accumulation of 131I-chTNT not only in the microwave ablation group and the argon-helium refrigeration group than the control group but also in the argon-helium refrigeration group than the microwave ablation group.Conclusion Argon-helium refrigeration and microwave ablation could accelerate accumulation of 131I-chTNT in tumor.Comparing the argon-helium refrigeration with microwave ablation followed by intratumoral injection of 131I-chTNT,the former is beneficial for uptaking 131I-chTNT.
