茶叶贮藏技术研究进展

Research Advances in Tea Storage Technology

分析了影响茶叶贮藏的因素,综述了贮藏过程中茶叶的物理、化学变化以及茶叶贮藏新技术,意在探明茶叶贮藏技术的研究进展。同时引导人们研究贮藏新技术尤其是不同的茶叶加工技术对茶叶贮藏效果的影响,旨在让人们运用贮藏技术稳定茶叶品质,延长贮藏期,同时开发更多的茶叶贮藏新技术。

The paper analyzed the factors influencing the storage of teas, described the physical and chemical changes of stored teas and some new storage technologies, and then discussed the impact of these new storage teehnolagies, espeeially different tea processing techniques on the quality of teas. The study aimed to maintain the quality of stored teas, extend their storage period and develop new storage technologies.
