摘要
目的研究玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对患者血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平的影响。方法 83例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分配到玉屏风联合咪唑斯汀组和但用咪唑斯汀组,用药前后测患者生活质量和血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平,用药后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果玉屏风颗粒联合咪唑斯汀组患者的临床疗效和患者生活质量提高程度均高于单用咪唑斯汀组,且前组患者血清IL-4水平降低程度及IFN-γ的升高程度均高于后组。结论玉屏风颗粒能调节慢性荨麻疹患者细胞免疫,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Yupingfeng powder on chronic urticaria and determine its effect on the serum level of IL-4 and IFN-γ.Methods Eighty-three urticaria patients were randomly divided into Yupingfeng powder group and mizolastine group.The efficacy of the two groups patients were observed after treatment.The quality of life and the serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ were detected before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy and the quality of life of the Yupingfeng powder group were improved more significant than the mizolastine group.The reduction of IL-4 and the increasing of IFN-γ of the Yupingfeng powder group were more significant the mizolastine group.Conclusion Yupingfeng powder can regulate the cellular immunity and improve the quality of life in urticarial patients.
