中间件在医院信息系统中的应用

The Application of Middleware in Hospital Information System

目的解决各个系统之间的互通,实现医院内部系统之间资源共享。方法采用消息中间件技术集成应用,充分利用现有的医疗信息系统资源,进行现有异构信息系统的集成。结果利用消息中间件设计了HIS与RIS集成的设计方案、结构体系和流程。结论基于中间件技术的集成在临床应用中运行良好、易维护、通用性好,提高了医疗质量和临床工作效率,体现了一定的功能优势。

Objective To enable communication among systems and to realize sharing of resources among different systems of a hospital.Methods By integrating existing heterogeneous information system through application of message middleware integration technology and taking full advantage of existing medical information systems.Result Successfully designed HIS/RIS integration plan,structure and work flow by using message middleware and enabled HIR/RIS information sharing.Conclusion Integration based on middleware technology worked well in clinical application,was easy to maintain and was able to serve general purposes.It enhanced the quality of medical service and efficiency of clinical work,and outperformed to some extent.
