820例丙泊酚联合芬太尼无痛人工流产临床观察

Clinical Observation of 820 Cases of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl in Painless Abortion

目的对应用丙泊酚联合芬太尼进行无痛人工流产的临床疗效进行观察。方法随机选取2008年2月至2011年11月1540例行无痛人工流产的妇女,对其进行随机分组,a组720例妇女只采取丙泊酚后手术,b组820例妇女在丙泊酚基础上联合芬太尼进行麻醉后手术,对照组700例妇女实施普通有痛人流手术,对三组人工流产的手术的临床效果进行观察对比。结果通过对比试验发现,a、b两组的手术时间比较不存在明显差异(P>0.05),短于对照组,两组的麻醉效果比较,治疗组明显好于对照组,治疗组的镇疼有效率高达100%,效果明显好于对照组;未发生人流综合征,三组的出血量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论通过试验我们认为丙泊酚联合芬太尼的麻醉效果佳,造成的不良反应少,丙泊酚联合芬太尼是应用于人工流产的有效麻醉药,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of applicating Propofol joint fentanyl to painless abortions.Methods To selecte randomLy in our college 1540 routine painless abortion women from February 2008 to February 2011,who were divide into two groups on average.the control group 720 examples woman who only take anesthesia operation with Propofol,the treatment group 820 women anesthesia operation with Propofol based on tabor phenol joint fentanyl.The control takes people surgery.To observe and compare the clinical effect of of abortion surgery.Results Through the contrast test we found that two groups operation time is no obvious difference（P0.05）.The treatment group was better than control group in Anaesthetic effect.The treatment group town hurts as high as 100%,the effect is better than the control group,Group b peri-operative bleeding was better than the control group,which all have a statistically significant（P0.05）.Three group have no significantly difirence.Conclusion Through the experiment we think c poisson phenol joint fentanyl anesthesia is effective.It has a little adverse reactions.Propofol joint with Fentanyl to abortion is the effective drugs,and deserve clinical application.
