全麻下应用高频单极电刀切除扁桃体的临床疗效观察

Thirty-two USES High-frequency Electrotome Unipolar Tonsils Removed the Clinical Curative Effect of Observation

目的观察全麻下应用高频单极电刀切除扁桃体的临床疗效。方法全麻下应用高频单极电刀切除扁桃体62例。结果术中、术后均无大出血,双侧出血量平均<10mL,术腔反应轻,腭舌弓、腭咽弓、悬雍垂肿胀轻,手术时间短。结论全麻下应用高频单极电刀切除扁桃体,有操作简便、快捷、视野清楚、术中出血极少、损伤轻、易于临床推广等优势。

Objective To observe under general anesthesia high frequency electric knife application unipolar tonsils removed clinical curative effect.Methods Thirty-two USES high-frequency electrotome unipolar tonsils removed 62 cases.Results After operation were no massive hemorrhage,the bleeding average less than 10 mL,cavity reaction was light,palatal bow,swallow gum tongue bow,XuanYongChui swelling light,the operation time is short.Conclusion General application under high frequency unipolar electrotome tonsils removed,simple operation,quick,vision,clear,very little intraoperatie bleeding,hurt lightly,easy to clinical promotion and other advantages.
