目的探讨住院患者抗菌药物使用情况及合理性。方法随机抽查2010年1月至2011年12月份出院病历共2945份,进行回顾性调查。结果 1947例使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用率66.1%,治疗用药率51.4%,预防用药率48.6%,单一用药率74.6%,二联用药率24.4%,三联用药率1%;病原送检率为11.5%,医院感染率1.3%。结论抗菌药物的合理使用是全社会的问题,要加强抗菌药物合理使用制度的培训,提高医务人员合理使用抗菌药物的意识,提高抗菌药物合理使用率。

Objective Discussionin hospital patient antibiotics service condition and rationality.Methods The random inspection January 2010 to December 2011 being out of hospital medical record altogether 2945,carries on the review investigation.Results 1947 example use antibiotics,the antibiotics utilizati on ratio 66.1%,the treatment medication rate 51.4%,the prevention medication rate 48.6%,the sole medication rate 74.6%,two unite the medication rate 24.4%,trigeminy medication rate 1%;The cause of disease delivers examining rate is11.5%,hospital infection percentage 1.3%.Conclusions Antibiotics＇s reasonableuse is the entire society＇s question,so to strengthen antibiotics reasonableuse system＇s training,and enhance the medical personnel to use the antibioticsconsciousness to be important reasonably.Therefor we must raise the antibioticsreasonable utilization ratio.
