前后路联合椎管扩大成形治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的临床分析

A Clinical Analysis on Combined Expanded Cervical Vertebral Plast by Combination of Anterior and Posterior Approach for Patients with Multisegmental Cervical Spondylofic Myelopathy

目的探讨前后路联合椎管扩大成形治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法对56例接受一期前后路联合减压椎管扩大成形的多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者的术后症状、体征的改善以及并发症的发生情况进行回顾性分析。结果 7例患者平均JOA评分由手术前的(9.7±1.31)分提高至手术后的(14.3±1.72)分,手术效果优良率为73.6%。本组患者均未发生严重手术并发症。结论颈椎前后路联合减压椎管扩大成形手术,治疗多节段脊髓型颈椎病的安全有效。

Objective To explore a treatment approach for the multiseg-mental cervical spondylotie myelopathy.Methods The syruptoms,signs and complications of 56 patients with multisegmental cervical spondylotie myelopathy after simultaneously treated with posterior and a nterior decompression welag retrospectively analyzed.Results The mean preoperative JOA score was 9.6±1.3.while the mean postoperative JOA score was 14.2±1.7.The rate offi neness was 73.6%.All patie nts had no serious complication after surgery.Conclusion The combination of posterior and anterior decompression is a safe and effective method for treating the multisegmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
