摘要
目的分析门诊药房退药原因,并提出相应对策。方法收集整理2010年1月至2011年1月我院门诊药房退药记录1463例,对退药原因及不良反应的药物分布进行统计分析。结果退药原因以药物不良反应为主,占退药总数的33.8%,其中又以抗菌药物引起的不良反应导致退药居多。结论加强抗菌药物合理应用,改善患儿用药依从性,从而减少退药现象发生。
Objective To analyze the reasons of drug-declining,and discuss the strategy.Methods 1463 drug-declining cases in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from Januar 2010 to January 2011 were gathered and analyzed according to their causes and different trpes of those drugs declined due to ADR.Results ADR was the main reason for drug-declining（33.8%）,and the drugs declined most were antibiotics.Conclusions In order to reduce the incidence of drug-declining,we should use antibiotics more reasonably and improve drug compliance.
