摘要
目的探讨AKT2和HIF-1α在乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织中的表达,分析其表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测92例乳腺癌组织、35例正常乳腺组织中AKT2和HIF-α的表达。结果乳腺癌组织AKT2阳性表达率明显高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。AKT2的阳性表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、肿瘤大小、ER、PR表达无关(P>0.05),同淋巴结转移和TNM分期、CerbB-2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIF-1α的阳性表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、ER、PR表达无关(P>0.05),同肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和TNM分期、CerbB-2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二者在乳腺癌组织中的表达存在着正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AKT2与H IF-1α高表达参与乳腺癌的发生、发展和浸润转移,可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the expressions of AKT2 and H IF-1α in breast cancer and normal breast tissues,and analyze their relationship with tumor clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of AKT2 and HIF-1α were detected with the immunohistochemical method in 92 cases of breast cancer and 35 cases of normal breast tissues.Results The positive rates for AKT2 and H IF-1αwas signif icantly higher in breast cancer than in normal breast tissues(P0.05).In breast cancer,the positive rates of AKT2 protein were signif icantly associated with lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,and CerbB-2 expression(P0.05),but not with the histological grade,tumor size,ER and PR expression(P0.05).the positive rates of HIF-1α protein were signifi cantly associated with tumor size,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,and CerbB-2 expression(P0.05),but not with the histological grade,ER and PR expression(P0.05).The expression of AKT2 was positively correlated with the expression of HIF-1α(P0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of AKT2 and HIF-1αis involved in the incidence,development,invasion,and metastasis of breast cancer,which may be used as an important indications of biological behavior of breast cancer.
