足细胞标志蛋白Podocalyxin与尿微量白蛋白联合检测在诊断高血压肾病中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对92例高血压肾病患者尿液中的足细胞标志蛋白podocalyxin(PCX)与尿微量白蛋白(MAL)了解其联合检测在高血压肾病早期诊断的应用价值。方法定量检测各组高血压肾病患者和正常对照人群尿液中的足细胞标志蛋白podocalyxin和尿微量白蛋白,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 PCX与MAL呈正相关,高血压肾病(Ccr≥80mL/min)组患者PCX阳性率为20.5%,尿微量白蛋白阳性率为23.1%,联合检测为35.9%,联合检测与PCX、MAL单独检测比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论足细胞标志蛋白podocalyxin与尿微量白蛋白联合检测是诊断高血压肾病肾小球早期损害中是较为理想的指标。
