丙泊酚在ICU颅脑术后患者中的疗效分析

摘要 目的通过在颅脑术后患者中持续静脉泵入丙泊酚达72h,观察丙泊酚对颅脑术后患者的脑保护作用。方法收集我院2009年8月至2011年3月我科收治的49例开颅术后的患者,按随机方法分为常规治疗组(N1组=25例)和持续丙泊酚静脉泵入组(N2组=24例)。比较两组病例术后24h、72h的MAP、HR、SjvO2,并比较术后一周时的GCS评分,脑脊液压力,癫痫的发生率及一周时的病死率。结果使用了丙泊酚的N2组在术后24h和72h病员的MAP、HR、SjvO2均较N1组的指标为稳定;N2组的SjvO2较N1组高,提示N2组病例的脑代谢方面优于N1组病例。术后一周时,N2组的GCS评分较N1组高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论术后继续应用丙泊酚可使患者得到更多脑保护治疗。
