广西2004-2005年白血病死亡状况回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on deaths caused by leukemia during 2004-2005 in Guangxi Province

目的分析广西地区2004-2005年白血病的死亡分布特征,确定高危人群,为制定广西白血病的预防与控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性抽样调查方法,收集2004-2005年广西9个市县样本地区居民恶性肿瘤死亡原因调查资料,对其中白血病死亡数据进行统计分析,计算白血病的粗死亡率、标化死亡率、年龄别死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)等指标。结果 2004-2005年广西居民白血病的粗死亡率为3.43/10万,标化死亡率为3.37/10万,占恶性肿瘤死亡的2.89%,居恶性肿瘤死因第7位。男性死亡率高于女性死亡率,大部分样本点之间的死亡率无明显差异。结论广西无明显的白血病高发地区,白血病多发于男性。广西白血病死亡率低于全国水平,但是白血病仍是影响广西城乡居民较为重要的恶性肿瘤之一,应加强预防控制措施,减少白血病对居民健康的影响。

Objective To analyze the changing trends of deaths caused by leukemia in 2004-2005,in order to determine the high-risk population and provide some evidence for cancer prevention and control in Guangxi Province.Methods The method of reprospective sampling survey of causes was adopted,the information about cancer-related deaths of residents in nine cities and countries sample areas of Guangxi Province was collected.The crude mortality,age-standardized mortality,age-specific mortality and rate of potential years of life lost（PYLL） were used to analyze the retrospective survey of cause of deaths in 2004-2005.Results In 2004-2005,the crude mortality and age-standardized mortality of leukemia in Guangxi Province were 3.43 and 3.37 per 100 000,respectively,accounting for 2.89% of total cancer deaths and ranking as the seventh place of all malignant neoplasms.It was shown that mortality of leukemia in male was higher than that in female and there was no difference in the most of the sample areas.Conclusions There is no obvious high-risk area of leukemia in Guangxi Province and leukemia was prone to man.The mortality of leukemia was lower than national level,but it still becomes one of the major malignant cancer which affects the residents′ health in Guangxi Province.Therefore,some effective preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of leukemia.
