主动免疫法治疗复发性流产的临床疗效观察

The clinical significance of active immunotherapy in treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的探讨主动免疫法治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法将经临床筛查确诊为原因不明复发性流产(URSA)的患者120例分为两组,治疗组60例,采用淋巴细胞主动免疫法治疗;对照组60例,采用传统保胎疗法[黄体酮加人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)]治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组妊娠成功率85.0%,对照组妊娠成功率58.3%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫法治疗复发性流产成功率较高,有较可靠的应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of active immunotherapy in treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed as unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion were divided into two groups,60 patients in trial group were treated by active immunotherapy with lymphocytes,and 60 patients in control group were treated with human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG） and progesterone.Results The successful rate of pregnancy in trial group was 85.0% and that in control group was 58.3%.There was significantly statistcal difference between these two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Active immunotherapy with lymphocytes may act as an effective and safe method for treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.
