桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

Clinical observation on efficacy of Ramulus Cinnamomi,Poria capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyoma

目的观察米非司酮配伍桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法将2008～2010年就诊的绝经前有症状的子宫肌瘤患者150例随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例,两组均从月经来潮第1天开始服用米非司酮片;观察组在月经干净后加服桂枝茯苓胶囊。观察治疗后两组疗效。结果服药1个月后两组患者均出现闭经,痛经症状逐渐消失,贫血患者均得到纠正。临床显效率和总有效率观察组分别为52.0%和92.0%,对照组分别为36.0%和81.3%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮较单独应用米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效更好,适用于术前或围绝经期保守治疗子宫肌瘤。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Ramulus Cinnamomi,Poria capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods One hundred and fifty cases of hysteromyoma treated in this hospital during 2008 to 2010 were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（n=75） and control group（n=75）.All patients in these two groups were orally given with mifepristone in a dosage of 12.5 mg once daily for three months,and the treatment was started from the first day of menstrual cycle.Ramulus Cinnamomi,Poria capsules were added to patients of observation group after menstrual cleaning with a dosage of 3 capsules three times daily for three months.Blood routine,liver function and renal function were detected before and after treatment.The size of hysteromyoma was measured by B ultrasound before and after treatment.The changes in clinical symptoms and adverse drug reactions were observed.Results Amenorrhea occurred in all patients during the administration in first month,dysmenorrhea and anemia were relieved.The obviously effective rate and response rate of clinical symptoms in patients of observation group were 52.0% and 92.0% respectively,and the rates for patients in control group were 36.0% and 81.3% respectively.There was significant difference among them（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combination therapy with Ramulus Cinnamomi,Poria capsules and mifepristone in treatment of patients with hysteromyoma is better than those only using mifepristone.This combination therapy is indicated for preoperative medication or perimenopausal patients for conservative treatment of hysteromyoma.
