临床护理路径在社区获得性肺炎患者护理中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Nursing Care of Patients with Community Acquired Pneumonia

[目的]探讨临床护理路径（clinical nursing pathway,CNP）在社区获得性肺炎（community acquired pneumonia,CAP）患者护理中的应用效果.[方法]按随机数字表法将118例CAP患者分为路径组和对照组各59例,路径组应用CNP进行护理,对照组采用常规护理.比较两组患者的住院天数、医疗费用及患者满意度.[结果]路径组患者满意度较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,路径组患者平均住院天数及平均医疗费用均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.[结论]CNP应用于CAP患者中,可以缩短住院天数,降低医疗费用,提高护理工作质量和效率,提高患者的满意度.

[Objective] To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway（CNP） in the nursing care of patients with community acquired pneumonia（CAP）. [Methods]A total of 118 CAP patients were randomly divided into pathway group（ n = 59） and control group（ n = 59）. The pathway group was given nursing care with CNP, and the control group was given routine nursing care. The hospital day, medical cost and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between two groups. [Results] Compared with the control group, the patients＇ satisfaction in the pathway group in- creased markedly and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. The average hospital day and average medical cost in the pathway group were lower than those in the control group, and there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]CNP used in CAP patients can decrease the hospital day, reduce medical cost, improve the quality and efficiency of nursing services and increase the patients＇ satisfaction.
