上海市社区缺血性脑卒中患者综合干预效果分析

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Comprehensive Interventions for Patients with Ischemic Stroke in Community of Shanghai

[目的]评价综合干预方法对于提高社区缺血性脑卒中患者的日常生活活动能力与心理健康水平以及降低卒中复发率的效果.[方法]对本社区缺血性脑卒中患者102名进行综合干预,干预前后分别调查日常生活活动能力、心理健康状况,随访1年内卒中复发情况,分析综合干预的效果.[结果]综合干预后社区缺血性脑卒中患者的平均锻炼时间增加13.27 min,阿司匹林肠溶片使用从10人增加到85人,Hamilton抑郁量表平均评分减少0.95分,卒中复发率为3.92%.[结论]全科医生要注重对社区缺血性脑卒中患者的综合干预.

[Objective]To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive interventions for improving the function and mental health level and reducing the stroke recurrence rate of patients with ischemic stroke in the community. [Methods] Totally 102 patients with ischemic stroke from the community received comprehensive intervention. The patients＇ daily living activities and mental health status before and after intervention were surveyed. The stroke recurrence in a year was followed up. The effectiveness of comprehensive intervention was analyzed. [Results]After the comprehensive intervention, the average exercise time of ischemic stroke patients in the community increased by 13. 27 minutes, and the patients taking enteric-coated tablets of aspirin increased from 10 to 85, and the mean score of Hamilton depression rating scale decreased by 0.95 point, and the stroke recurrence rate was 3.92%. [Conclusion] General practitioners should pay attention to the comprehensive intervention of ischemic stroke patients in the community.
