摘要
[目的]研究不同类型营养支持对胃肠道肿瘤术后患者营养状况及胃肠功能恢复的影响.[方法]以本院38例胃肠肿瘤手术患者为研究对象,其中23例行肠外营养支持设为PN组,15例行肠内营养支持设为EN组,观察两组术后生化营养指标及胃肠功能恢复时间.[结果]治疗7 d后EN组血清白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TFN)均显著高于PN组(P〈0.05),且平均肛门排气时间显著短于PN组(P〈0.05);EN组胃肠道出血、腹泻并发症发生率显著低于PN组(P0.05).[结论]胃肠肿瘤术后早期肠内营养支持,能有效维持患者的营养状况,促进胃肠功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生,是临床胃肠肿瘤术后的安全有效的营养支持方法.
[Objective]To study the different types of nutritional support on postoperative nutritional status and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. [Methods] Thirty eight patients undergoing gastrointestinal cancer operation in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Among them, 23 patients receiving parenteral nutrition support were chosen as PN group and 15 patients receiving enteral nutrition support were chosen as EN group. Postoperative biochemical nutrition indicators and gastrointestinal function recovery time of two groups were observed. [Results] After the treatment for 7 days, there were significant differences in serum alburnin(Alb), prealbumin(PA), transferrin(TFN) and average anal ex- haust time between two groups( P d0.05). There was significant difference in the incidence of the complica- tions such as gastrointestinal bleeding and diarrhea between two groups( P 〈0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of abdominal distension between two groups( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] Early enteral nutrition support after the surgery of gastrointestinal cancer can effectively maintain the nutritional status of patients, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of complications, so it is a safe and effective method of nutritional support.
