第二代抗精神病药物临床应用评价 被引量：4

摘要 抗精神病药物主要分为第一代抗精神病药（FGA）和第二代抗精神病药（SGA）。自1952年氯丙嗪问世至今,抗精神病药物已经历了半个世纪的发展。由于氯丙嗪的抗精神病作用与阻滞多巴胺D2受体有关,随之发展了一系列D2受体阻断剂的传统抗精神病药物,包括氟哌啶醇、奋乃静、舒必利、三氟拉嗪、氯普噻吨、五氟利多和硫利达嗪等,即FGA,又称典型抗精神病药。上世纪六十年代末出现了氯氮平,疗效好且锥体外系反应（EPS）少,
