降钙素原在感染中的研究进展 被引量:41

摘要 严重感染性休克致多脏器衰竭病死率高达35%~70%,原因之一是由于缺乏早期诊断,因此在病原学检查前对严重感染的诊断极为重要.希望找到一种鉴别感染炎症的标志物应用感染性疾病的早期诊断,以利早期治疗,减少发病率和病死率.多年的研究发现降钙素原(procalcitonin, PCT)主要在严重系统感染时被诱导,而在其他炎症类型中维持很低水平(如:病毒性感染,自身免疫性疾病和器官移植排斥),通过检测血液中降钙素原的浓度可区分细菌性感染和病毒感染,并判断细菌感染的严重程度和预后.降钙素原具有高特异性和敏感性的特点,受到国内外广泛关注,本文就降钙素原的组成、来源、生物学特性、临床应用等作一综述.
