摘要 对采自云南新平县的大籽獐牙菜脂溶性部分进行了化学成分研究,采用各种柱色谱法进行分离纯化得到11个化合物,通过波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构为:1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基口山酮(1),1,2,6-三甲氧基-8-羟基口山酮(2),1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(3)、齐墩果酸(4),马钱苷酸(5),獐牙菜苷(6),7-甲氧基獐牙菜苷(7),2'-O-(3-羟基苯甲酰基)-獐牙菜苷(8),3-O-葡萄糖基-1,7,8-三甲氧基口山酮(9),2-对羟基苯基乙醇(10),3,7,4',4″-四羟基-3',3″-二甲氧基-2,5-环氧木脂素(11),其中化合物11为首次从该属植物中分离得到. Study on chemical constituents of Swertia macrosperma. Eleven compounds, 1,7 - dihydroxy - 3 - me- thoxyxanthone ( 1 ), 1,2,6 - trimethoxy - 8 - hydroxyxanthone (2), 1,7 - dihydroxy - 3,8 - dimethoxyxanthone (3), oleanic acid (4), loganic acid (5), sweroside (6), 7 - methoxysweroside (7), 2' - 0 - ( 3 - hydroxy- benzoyl) - sweroside (8), 3 - 0 - glucopyranosyl - 1,7,8 - trihydroxyxanthone (9), 2 - (4 - hydroxyphenyl) eth- anol ( 10), and 3,7,4',4" - tetrahyroxy - 3', 3" - dimethoxy - 2,5 - epoxylignan ( 11 ), were isolated and purified by silica gel, RP - 18, and sephadex LH - 20 column chromatograhies. Their structures were determined by spec- troscopic methods, compound 11 was isolated from the genus for the first time.
