河北省普通高校高水平运动队可持续发展研究

A Research on Sustainable Development of High Level Sports Teams from Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法,对河北省普通高校高水平运动队的发展现状进行调查分析。认为河北省普通高校高水平运动队的发展与发达省市相比还有一定差距,主要体现在优秀运动员的选拔、教练员的业务水平和报酬以及运动队的管理上,制约其进一步发展的关键因素是经费问题。

By adopting the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire and logical analysis,this paper investigates the current situations of high level sports teams from ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei province.Compared with other developed provinces and cities,the high level sports teams from ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei province still have certain gap in such aspects as selection of outstanding atheltes,professional skills and rewards of coaches,and management of sports teams which restricts the further development.
